1. Download the ZIP above and extract MD-Importer-Demo.jsx.
2. Open Adobe InDesign or Illustrator (document open or create new).
3. File → Scripts → Other Script… → select the extracted MD-Importer-Demo.jsx.
4. Choose a .md file (see sample files) → Import.
